Stables and tiltyard

At present, the château stable houses 45 horses. In the future, the breeding of up to 150 horses is considered, prevailingly the Holsteiner breed of world royal lines.

Currently, the stable has 55 spacious boxes, maternity boxes and free housing. Pasture land covering approx. 100 ha is available along with two sand horse riding arenas and an indoor hall.

The breed includes one of the best Holsteiner stamms, e.g. stamms 776, 658B, 18A1, 741.

In 2010, a large spacious riding hall with stands was completed along with facilities for horse races, auctions etc. A horse exerciser, simulator and sun beds for horses are provided, too.

Broodmares are tested in sport and mainly by their posterity that achieves great success in sport and studhorses born from our broodmares included in excellent studs in Germany. All foals born are registered in the Holsteiner union. These valuable mares are covered by the best world-class studs and the second foal generation has been born.

Sports horses from the château stables include mainly Holsteiner horses, as well as Oldenburg, Bavarian and Zangersheide.
